There are some really good QBs returning (although I think the QB at Daniel went to Rabun Gap for the coming season),- I like the returning QB at Gaffney and at Oceanside, but you would be hard pressed to find a team with better depth at QB than DF.... Ethan Offing starting and Jaxon Knotts playing a lot as back up. Both are gun slingers.

DF isn't Offing committed to play baseball at Clemson? If so, is he sticking to baseball or exploring his football options, if any?
I don't know if Offing has any enticing offers to play football yet. The baseball commitment seems to keep some away. Will Taylor didin't get an offer to play football until just before starting at Clemson where he was dual sport. In my opinion (DF Homer that I am), the best gamer at QB ever in SC, Ty Olenchuk didn't get a notable football offer after he committed to play baseball early with Clemson as well. Ty had the size, athleticism, and the baseball pitcher arm and could make all the throws- in 2.5 years as a starter he was 512-738 (66% completion), 9002 yards, 101 TDs, only 14 INTs and most important 3 state titles as starting QB. The blonde mullet wearing, trash talking, swagger that epitomized the DF hype. No big football offer, but played baseball at Clemson. Offing is a great athlete and an outstanding QB, but an awesome baseball player as well.

Oh trust me I'm very familiar with TO and agree 100%! Heck, when there was some back and forth about QB's I told my son if I were Dabo I'd march over to the baseball facility and get TO. That kid is a winner, period!

Offing is a good high school QB. Real good. Not sure it would translate to college as well. His collegiate future is baseball.
