Fort Mill and NaFo to 4a and Gaffney getting back with Rock Hill, NW, and Clover in some way shape or form. Or the York County 5A schools head south to Columbia.

I hope not. Gaffney belongs in Region 2. And Gaffney being in that region would hamper even more Rock Hill, and NW's, quest to be relevant again. And Lane has fallen into an easy little bubble in that region at Clover. Gaffney's presence would end that little party.

Not sure about that. Catawba Ridge definitely puts Nation Ford at risk for dropping to 4A. If that happens, Gaffney may be moving. I think Ft Mill would still be 5A but if they drop Region 3 will have some issues.

Also, Lugoff-Elgin flirts so much with the cutoff. If changes come to Region 3-5A and Region 4-5A, both 5 team regions, Sumter now comes into play. I can envision a scenario in which Gaffney replaces NaFo in Region 3, the current Region 5 becomes a super region with 8 teams (adding Blythewood, Irmo, and SV), and Sumter going back to the current Region 6.

Where Lugoff-Elgin falls in the 135 ADM will determine the fate of Region 4. If they drop, another possibility is Blythewood and SV are put in Region 3, Irmo goes to Region 5, and Sumter goes to Region 5 or 6 depending on if South Florence drops.

If Stall loses more students, I don’t see the SCHSL keeping them in 5A, which would lead to some minor movement between Regions 7 and 8

It will be a total guessing game this time around since they are using counts from only the 9th, 10th, and 11th grades. I am predicting there will be a major shake up in many areas of the state that will shock and surprise people.

They had to go to the schl to get into 5aaaaa .shouldnt be there now .colleton did the same to drop.what dies that do ti wando and the new school when they split.im sorta starting to think maybe they should start going up with schools instead of building more .id imagine one foundation and one piece of land would have to be cheaper. 3000 k student highschools maybe more. Start planning ahead if you have a 600 student school and a 2000 student school build a 3k school between and combine.aswell as carrying 7 8 9 in middle school.
